The Discussion of the Urban Rail Transit Technology Developmental Stratagem

Abstract: In the coming twenty years, the urban rail transit construction speed of our country would have been the fastest all-time. It is vital to constitute scientific, rational and adaptable in the situation of China urban rail transit technology development stratagem for a health and orderly development. The authors attend the compilation of the comprehensive traffic development strategic planning, the part content of the national middle-long date science and technology development strategic planning research. This article put forward out the urban rail transit technology development stratagem of our country preliminarily based on the policy, industrials, and technologies etc., through the inspection and analysis of the present development situation of the urban rail transit of China.

前言
发展城市轨道交通是解决大城市交通问题的重要手段。轨道交通建设从规划、设计、施工到运营，涉及建筑业、制造业及管理的所有领域，城市轨道交通技术的发展，不仅可推动我国建筑业、制造业的发展，更可带动城市的发展。以新的战略发展观探讨今后我国城市轨道交通的发展，在技术层面上，可提升我国城市轨道交通的整体技术水平，完成本行业的技术跨越，促进产业发展；在宏观经济方面，更可引导城市布局的合理发展，创造出新的经济增长点和就业机会，提升城市的国际竞争力，促进未来城市的可持续发展。
但目前国内城市轨道交通的发展仍存在一些问题，主要症结有：规划体系不健全；系统标准不统一；建设周期长，造价高；装备技术与发达国家仍有差距；交通设施运营管理缺乏系统整合，管理手段落后；交通安全保障系统不健全等。健康有序地发展我国的城市轨道交通，促进技术发展，意义非常重大。
