The current EMME/2 Release is 9.5.
1.0.3: What enhancements were introduced in the current Release?
The main enhancements introduced in Release 9 (and in releases up to Release 9.5) are:
- Increase of the standard dimensions for each licence size: the number of transit lines and the number of transit line segments were doubLED, while the numbers of zones, nodes, links and turns were increased by 25%
- New algebraic operators .addle. and .psum. used to retain the result either prior (.addle.) to or after (.psum.) an event along a chained sequence of events
- New Module 5.36 for performing deterministic transit assignment
- New Module 6.26 for plotting timetable information
- A new option in Module 2.13 for displaying multilayer link plots for any link attributes (up to 12 values per link)
- Possibility to edit node and link extra attributes in Module 2.12
- Possibility to copy extra attributes from other scenarios in Module 2.41
- New segment specific effective headways and link specific auxiliary transit times in transit assignment
- New report formats that include class specific volumes in Module 6.11
- Possibility to generate transcript file to contain the shortest path information obtained interactively in Module 6.15
- Many enhancements related to matrices: possibility to list several matrices by zone groups; enhanced summary report in Module 3.21, including the element for which the minimum and maximum values were found; possibility to save the third-dimension balancing coefficients in macro g-registers; possibility of having up to 999 matrices of each type (mf, mo, md and ms)
- Many enhancements related to the macro lang
