1.0.5: Is it possible to use a data bank created with (or updated for) Release N with Release N-1?
NO! Releases are upward compatible but, once updated, a data bank cannot be used with prior releases. Note that this applies to major releases only, that is, no update is needed between intermediate releases (for example, between 8.0 and 8.4) and therefore, there are no compatibility problems between intermediate releases.

1.0.7: What is the minimum equipment needed to run EMME/2?
- For PCs the minimum requirements are:
- SVGA graphic adapter supporting the VESA standard
- Sufficient hard disk space for your data bank (maximum data bank size: 2 or 4 Gigabytes, depending on the operating system)
- Enough memory to load the largest module. The amount of memory required depends on the licence size (Mb=Megabytes):
