1、项目概况
成都市北湖片区为北湖公园及周边由三环路、牛龙路、龙青环线和成绵高速公路围合而成的区域，面积约4.8平方公里，由2平方公里的规划城市建设用地和约2.8平方公里的生态绿地构成。
2、征集范围
征集范围为规划总面积约4.8平方公里的成都市北湖片区概念性规划设计。
3、初步功能定位
为完善城市功能，深化成都市城市总体规划，将北湖片区打造成以生态绿地、公共服务和居住功能为主的高品质城市组团。
4、资金来源
征集人自筹资金。
5、征集方式
公开征集。
6、应征申请人资格要求
（1）应征申请人应为独立法人实体或由独立法人实体组成的设计联合体；
（2）中国境内申请人应具有甲级城市规划或甲级工程设计资质；境外申请人应具有相当于中国甲级以上的设计水平；
（3）应征申请人应具有类似（类型、规模）项目设计业绩及经验；
（4）应征申请人拟派到本项目的设计负责人或首席设计师应具有类似（类型、规模）项目设计业绩及经验。
7、资格预审文件的获取
有兴趣的申请人可自2008年1月21日~1月25日（北京时间），按以下任一方式，先将申请人名称、联系方式传真至下述征集代理联系地址进行报名，然后获取资格预审文件：

Notification of Pre-qualification
Entrusted by Chengdu municipal government, the Administration Committee of the scenery in north suburb of Chengdu(hereinafter calLED “sponsor”), who is the owner, intends to collect the design scheme for the north lake through international competition. The Three Gorges International Tendering Co., Ltd, acting as the agency, now invites the domestic and overseas excellent design firms with rich creative conception and highly experienced in city design to apply for pre-qualification of the project.
1、Brief of the project
The north lake area is surrounded by the 3rd ring road, NiuLong road, LongQing ring road, and Chengdu-Mianyang express way, with a total area of about 4.8 km2, and 2 km2 is the planned city land and the other 2.8 km2 is the zoological Greenland.
2、Scope
The conceptional design scheme of the north lake area of Chengdu, and the total area is about 4.8 km2.
3、Preliminary function orientation
To perfect the city function and deepen the overall plan of the Chengdu city, and make the north lake area a high quality community that acting as the zoological greenbelt, public service and inhabitation area.
4、Source of Funds
All the payment shall be made by funds raised by the Sponsor.
5、Competition method
Open competition.
6、Qualification Requirement on the Applicant
(1) The Applicant shall be a sole legally registered entity or a consortium formed by sole legally registered entities;
(2) The domestic applicant shall be of Grade A city planning profession or Grade A project design profession issued by PRC government. The overseas applicants should be furnished with the equivalent certificates stipulated above as the domestic applicants;
(3) The applicant shall have the relatively achievement and ability in comply with the requirement of the scale and standard of the project;
(4) The project principal or the chief designer proposed shall have the relatively achievement and ability in comply with the requirement of the scale and standard of the project.
7、Obtaining of Pre-qualification Documents
The pre-qualification documents are available to interested applicant from January 21st to 25th 2008 (Beijing Time) by the following ways. The applicant shall send its contact information to the agency by fax for registration.
(1) Claim at the Office: The Pre-qualification Documents can be claimed at the contact address of agency;
(2) Download from the Website http://www.tgtiis.com/;
(3) E-mail: Obtain by email.
